No Returns or Refunds Policy

Amazyng Water, we are committed to providing safe, high-quality drinking water products. Due to the nature of our products and for health, safety, and quality-control reasons, all sales are final.

No Returns

We do not accept returns of any water products, including but not limited to:

  • Bottled water
  • Water cases and multipacks
  • Bulk water containers
  • Subscription or recurring water deliveries
  • Promotional or discounted products

Once products have been delivered, shipped, or picked up, they cannot be returned.

No Refunds

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Unused or partially used products
  • Delayed consumption of the product
  • Customer preference regarding taste, packaging, or size
  • Subscription cancellations after an order has been processed or dispatched

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during delivery,
  • Defective upon arrival,
  • Missing from your order, or
  • Different from what you ordered,

please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery at  drink@amazyngwater.com.  We may request photos and order details to investigate the issue.

At our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement product if the claim is verified.

Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for refunds or replacements due to:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Orders left unattended at the delivery location
  • Theft or loss after successful delivery confirmation

Subscription Orders

For recurring deliveries, cancellation requests must be made before the next billing or processing date. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be refunded or canceled.

Policy Acceptance

By purchasing products from Amazyng Water, you acknowledge and agree to this No Returns and No Refunds Policy.
